Production Supervisor

What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment that boosts morale and productivity
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities
Drive Production Excellence
- Plan and prioritize production schedules based on demand, specifications, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
- Monitor production metrics and proactively resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime and costs
Ensure Quality & Compliance
- Champion quality standards and ensure all products meet or exceed specifications
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Continuously improve processes using Lean principles and best practices
Optimize Operations
- Review production and performance reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures to enhance consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support manufacturing and engineering initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of manufacturing experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
