- Build and assemble high-performance RF, power supply, and control subsystems that power sophisticated technologies
- Take ownership of assembling complete RF amplifiers from the ground up
- Perform precise soldering on wires, cables, through-hole and surface-mount components, including fine-pitch ICs
- Troubleshoot and rework assemblies, fixtures, and components to meet exact specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that supports safety, quality, and efficiency
- Proven experience soldering surface-mount components (down to 0402) and fine-pitch ICs
- IPC certification for soldering/rework (a plus, not required)
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to perform job functions in compliance with all applicable regulations (ADA, FMLA, and others)
- Comfort working in a stationary position for extended periods
- Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift and handle sub-assemblies as part of system builds
