About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a highly experienced ASIC Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS) ASIC developments. In this role, you will lead complex semiconductor programs from specification through production, driving technical execution, managing global teams, and serving as a key customer interface. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines technical depth with program leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle execution of AMS-intensive ASIC programs, including PMIC integration, from specification to delivery.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across AMS design, system architecture, RTL, verification, physical design, packaging, and test engineering.
- Oversee integration of AMS components such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, voltage regulators, and sensor interfaces.
- Manage global cross-functional teams across time zones, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time execution.
- Serve as the primary customer program interface, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and feedback loops are closed.
- Provide executive-level updates on program status, risks, and strategic decisions.
- Apply data-driven project management methodologies to track KPIs, forecast risks, and optimize resources.
- Coordinate with IP vendors, foundries, OSATs, and EDA providers to manage dependencies and mitigate risks.
- Track and manage program milestones, resource allocations, and risk mitigation plans using industry-standard tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 15 years of experience in ASIC/SoC development and technical program management.
- Proven success in managing complex AMS programs and delivering PMIC-integrated ASICs to production.
- Strong track record in executive stakeholder engagement and customer-facing program leadership.
- Proficiency in program/project tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, dashboards, analytics).
- Knowledge of silicon packaging technologies (QFN, BGA, MCM, 2.5D/3D stacking), mixed-signal design flows, and high-speed interfaces.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
