Mountaintop Retail Supervisor

Job Summary 
Anakeesta is seeking a proactive and guest-focused Retail Supervisor to lead our retail team, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and effective merchandising. This role oversees store staff, manages inventory control, and maintains the high standards that make Anakeesta’s retail experience memorable. As a Retail Supervisor, you will foster a positive work environment and be a key contributor to guest satisfaction. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Supervise and support retail associates in daily store operations. 

• Lead by example to provide exceptional guest service and product knowledge. 

• Train, coach, and evaluate retail staff performance. 

• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. 

• Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and conduct regular stock audits. 

• Ensure merchandise displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards. 

• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. 

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the retail spaces. 

• Collaborate with management on sales goals, promotions, and merchandising strategies. 

• Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports. 

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling retail team members. 

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Retail Department. 

What You Need 

• Previous retail experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred. 

• Strong customer service and communication skills. 

• Ability to train and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment. 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

• Basic math skills and cash handling experience. 

• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software. 

• Positive attitude, flexible, and able to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. 

• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
