Anakeesta is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support daily operations across our dining venues. This role is responsible for leading frontline teams, ensuring efficient service, maintaining high food quality standards, and creating a welcoming, guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide hands-on support to team members
- Train, coach, and mentor new and existing staff to uphold service and quality standards
- Monitor labor needs and assist with scheduling to align with business demands
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation across all locations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of dining areas
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and temperature controls
- Address guest needs and resolve concerns promptly to enhance the overall experience
- Support operations in various roles as needed to ensure team success

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within food and beverage or hospitality
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to teamwork
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
