Requirements / Qualifications

•Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year experience operating a school bus. •Valid California Commercial Drivers License with passenger and school bus endorsements. A copy must be included with application. •California School Bus Certificate. A copy must be included with application. •Current K-4 DMV report (within the last 7 days of application) with the State of California seal.

In order to be considered, you must include all of the required documents and due to the high volume of applications received, please attach the following items ONLY:

  • Certificate Copy (Valid Medical Certificate)
  • Certification (Valid California School Bus Certificate )
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Valid)
  • DMV Printout (current and complete K-4 DMV report with the State of California seal (printed within 7 days of application). We will not accept internet printouts. Original K-4 will be required at time of hire.)
  • Driver's License Copy (Valid California Commercial Drivers license with passenger and school bus endorsements)
