We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing Sales Representative (U.S Citizens in our Georgraphic area) who genuinely loves connecting with people and building relationships to help grow our client base in North Carolina.

In this role, you’ll introduce business owners to HR in a way that actually makes sense—showing them that it’s not just about compliance, but about building stronger, more successful organizations.
You’ll be responsible for generating leads, starting conversations, building trust, and ultimately closing new business. If you enjoy a consultative approach to sales (not pushy, transactional selling), you’ll do well here.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position HR solutions
- Sell core service offerings, including:
- HR Assessments
- Employee Handbook Development
- Monthly HR Retainers
- Leadership Training Programs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with internal HR consultants to ensure smooth client handoff
- Track sales activity and pipeline progress
- Represent ANA HR Partners with professionalism and credibility
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and currently reside in one of the following states:
North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida - 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Preferred experience selling:
- HR services, payroll, PEO, or professional services
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate complex topics (like HR compliance) in a simple, business-focused way
- Self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
Compensation
- Commission-Based: 10-13% of all revenue generated
- Optional Draw: $750–$1,000/month for the first 2 months (recoverable)
- Performance-based bonuses available at revenue milestones
