Ana Bird Legal Search is partnering with a sophisticated boutique litigation firm in Boca Raton, Florida, seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 4 to 10 years of substantive litigation experience.

This opportunity offers meaningful case ownership, direct collaboration with experienced partners, and sophisticated construction and commercial litigation work in a supportive, relationship-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Independently manage construction litigation matters with appropriate partner oversight.
• Handle commercial disputes, business litigation, and related real estate matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and substantive legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and develop litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other litigation proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and firm partners.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of substantive construction litigation experience.
• Significant construction litigation experience required.
• Commercial litigation and business dispute experience strongly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage litigation matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
