HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an Autonomous Shuttle Attendant to serve as the real-time, in-person human point of contact for company employee riders at designated areas.This role will include providing badge authentication, hailing vehicles, performing light crowd control and assisting the rider on next steps in the event of a service disruption or emergency.The ideal candidate has expertise in customer service execution, exceptional empathy, patience and a relationship-oriented mindset.Available Shift:Thursday-Monday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMAs an Autonomous Shuttle Attendant, you will:Uphold a safety-centric, inclusive and open-communication culture.Greet passengers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience.Authenticate riders via badge scanners.Hail company vehicles back and forth between locations.Communicate with cross-ops partners via vehicle slack threads.Perform light crowd control.Provide service status communications.
