HireArt is helping an autonomous ride-hailing company find an Electronics Materials Planning Manager with strong experience in electronics materials, PCBA Bills of Materials (BoMs), and Clear-to-Build (CTB) planning. In this role, you’ll ensure that all parts, components, and materials needed for electronic assemblies and prototype builds arrive on time and are fully ready for production.You’ll work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain to interpret BoMs, track material readiness, manage suppliers, and drive CTB workflows leading into development and production runs. This is a high-impact role supporting fast-paced hardware and manufacturing programs. As an Electronics Materials Planning Manager, you'll:Review and interpret BoMs for PCBAs and electronic modules, identifying part types, alternates, shortages, and sourcing requirements.Lead Clear-to-Build planning, including validating part availability, confirming arrival timelines, identifying gaps, and determining when builds can start.Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, and Procurement to ensure materials align with build schedules and NPI timelines.Manage supplier lead times, escalate risks, and maintain accurate material coverage.Review supplier IO plans, track material status, and propose mitigation strategies for delays.Resolve operational issues related to POs, invoicing discrepancies, and ERP master data.Maintain dashboards and reports related to CTB readiness, material availability, and on-time delivery metrics.Support prototype builds, development builds, and production ramp activities through proactive material readiness management.
