HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire an engineering-focused Vehicle Technician to support the readiness of its fleet vehicles.In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support fleet readiness, optimize maintenance processes, and deliver a high-quality service experience across autonomous vehicle operations.We’re looking for candidates with strong fleet maintenance and diagnostic experience, a track record of performing high-quality repairs, and at least 2 years of hands-on technician experience in automotive or related technical environments.Available Shifts:Sunday–Thursday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Tuesday–Saturday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM As a Vehicle Technician, you'll:Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles to ensure safe on-road operation.Partner with the Shop Foreman and cross-functional teams to ensure vehicles remain in a “ready” state for demonstrations, testing, and fleet operations.Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis across vehicle systems, escalating complex issues to engineering teams when needed.Coordinate and drive vehicle repair activities from diagnosis through resolution.Develop and execute diagnostic test plans to support troubleshooting and validation efforts.Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and quality field reports.Support continuous improvement efforts related to fleet maintenance, diagnostics, and operational readiness.Maintain shop organization, tool readiness, and a clean, safe working environment.Assist with parts inventory management, organization, and tracking.Deliver a high-quality service experience for internal teams and business partners.Travel locally as needed to support fleet maintenance and operational activities.
Salary : $45 - $48
