HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Technical Trainer (Contract) to join its Base Operations (BaseOPS) technical training team.In this role, you’ll deliver and manage technical training programs that ensure teams are aligned on policies, procedures, and evolving operational practices. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to standardize training content, align on learning systems, and ensure consistency across locations.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with hands-on technical expertise and experience delivering training to diverse audiences, including technicians, maintenance personnel, and cross-functional partners.As a Technical Trainer (Contract), you'll:Assess training needs and develop programs that support team and operational objectives.Design and deliver training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and job aids.Develop and manage end-to-end training programs, from onboarding through ongoing technical and professional development.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and align training requirements.Ensure all training complies with safety standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines, with a focus on high-voltage systems and EV technologies.Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions and track completion against defined metrics.Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements based on feedback, performance data, and industry best practices.Maintain accurate records of training completion, evaluations, and participant feedback.Travel up to 75% across the United States to deliver training (including overnight travel as needed).
