As the company prepares to scale, you'll play a key role in building a comprehensive training system that promotes safety, quality, and compliance across manufacturing teams.In this role, you’ll design and implement a blended learning program that bridges virtual instruction with hands-on qualification. You'll develop training for manufacturing equipment, digital tools, and operational processes, partnering closely with technical experts to create engaging, competency-based learning experiences.The ideal candidate is an experienced instructional designer with a talent for translating complex technical content into clear, engaging training that supports learner success in industrial environments.As a Senior Instructional Designer, Manufacturing Training, you'll:Design and develop structured training programs for manufacturing and logistics associates, including virtual learning, instructor-led training (ILT), on-the-job training (OJT), and certification programs.Create engaging e-learning content using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) that follows instructional design best practices and accessibility standards.Partner with subject matter experts and technical writers to transform technical documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) into effective learning materials.Develop competency-based assessments and practical qualification checklists to measure learner proficiency and knowledge retention.Define and standardize OJT processes to ensure a seamless transition from virtual learning to hands-on application.Support the administration and optimization of the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS).
