HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire Manufacturing Technicians, Assembly to support vehicle assembly and testing operations.In this role, you’ll assemble and test mechanical, electrical, and computer systems using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in automotive or manufacturing environments, a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and takes pride in precision, safety, and continuous improvement.As a Manufacturing Technician, you will:Work closely with leads and other technicians on vehicle builds in an assembly line environment.Perform light diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicle issues.Complete daily tasks to ensure on-time delivery and station completion.Execute on-vehicle testing involving both hardware and software systems.Offer constructive feedback to improve build processes and support future development.Collaborate flexibly with cross-functional teams as production needs evolve.Follow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and 5S practices.Identify opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety standards.Maintain a proactive approach to supporting new responsibilities and process improvements.
