HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire QA Test Technicians to maintain the company's high standard of safety inside and outside the vehicle, maintain vehicle readiness, and complete software and hardware tests.In this role, you will execute testing, review data, produce ZPTs, and log them. These ZPTs include known issues and new ones that must be logged as new tickets in JIRA and communicated to engineers.We are looking for candidates who are disciplined, team players, and believe in doing whatever it takes to accomplish the mission.You must be able to work specific shifts as required by operational demands, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, and/or weekends.Shifts (must be open to any):Standard first shift (standard business hours)Overnight (7pm to 7am)Weekend (both first and overnight 7pm to 7am shift)As a QA Test Technician, you'll:Support vehicle operations.Conduct basic software operation tasks.Support missions through a wide variety of roles in and out of vehicles.Assist with documentation and metrics.Provide accurate written and oral feedback to engineering teams.Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness.Analyze vehicle logs and test data using in-house tools to trace failures for root cause analysis, documentation, and communication.Support the defect management process from recognition to resolution.Execute mission prep procedures, which include, but are not limited to, launching software across several devices per vehicle, verifying SW and HW configurations, deploying SW as appropriate, capturing requested data, and escalating issues as they arise.Execute testing and data collection to evolve processes and tools to support observed customer needs.Uphold a safety-centric, inclusive, and open-communication culture.
