HireArt is helping an autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer to ensure all assembly, bring-up, and End-of-Line (EOL) testing processes meet the company’s high-quality standards.In this role, you’ll develop and implement in-line and end-of-line quality checks, perform root-cause analysis for production issues, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in quality, engineering, supply chain, and software to maintain high standards throughout the production process.The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with deep experience in manufacturing quality systems, a strong understanding of automotive standards, and the ability to work independently to improve processes and resolve complex issues.As a Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer, you will:Develop and integrate quality and functional checks into manufacturing and testing processes.Lead root-cause analysis for assembly-related and EOL issues and implement corrective actions.Develop and optimize PFMEAs, control plans, and EOL processes.Analyze quality data to identify trends and improve manufacturing performance.Collaborate across teams to resolve supplier- or design-related quality concerns.Support quality policy development and ensure compliance with standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9000.Create and maintain documentation to align with quality system requirements.
