HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an IT Operations Specialist to support the Technical Operations (TechOps) team within a real-time Fusion Center environment.In this role, you’ll help document, analyze, and improve the technical workflows that support live operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and create clear technical documentation that supports mission-critical systems.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with hands-on technical experience and the ability to translate complex operational workflows into clear, actionable documentation.As an IT Operations Specialist, you'll:Shadow and document live operational workflows, system dependencies, and technical interactions.Map technical processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.Partner with Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and improve operational processes.Develop clear technical documentation, process maps, and recommendations for continuous improvement.Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
