HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Operations Specialist to join its team.In this role, you'll play a key part in documenting, analyzing, and improving the technical workflows that support live operations.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and documentation skills with hands-on experience across systems, networking, and operational environments.This role is based in the Spring Valley area of Southwest Las Vegas, NV.Schedule Workers will begin on a standard day shift (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PM). The schedule will eventually transition to one of the following designated shifts based on business need:Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PMWednesday-Sunday, 5:30 PM-2:00 AMSunday-Thursday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PMTuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM-6:30 PMAs an IT Operations Specialist, you'll:Shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.Map technical processes and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Ops, DevOps, Infrastructure, Engineering) to streamline workflows.Draft clear process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
