In this role, you'll be instrumental in capturing, analyzing, and documenting key operational workflows and dependencies.This role is based in the Spring Valley area, Southwest Las Vegas, NV, and offers one of the following schedules:Monday-Friday 10:00AM-6:30PMWednesday-Sunday 5:30PM-2:00AMSunday-Thursday 10:00AM-6:30PMTuesday-Saturday 10:00AM-6:30PMAs an IT Operations Specialist, you'll:Shadow multiple operations team members to observe day-to-day workflows and system interactions.Document processes, dependencies, bottlenecks, and pain points in current technical operations.Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights on end-to-end technical workflows.Assist in developing process improvement recommendations and operational documentation.Provide technical feedback and support where appropriate, aligning with operational goals.Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
