HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Fleet Support Specialist to support scheduling, metrics, documentation, and dashboard updates of its vehicle fleet.In this role, you will assist tracking current/historical fleet health and keep constant situational awareness of the fleet status. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth handoff of hardware/software from development to operations.We're looking for someone that has 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced service environment. Ideally you are familiar with automotive repair processes and fundamentals. As a Fleet Support Specialist, you'll:Work with scheduling team to book repairs on vehicles and monitor/update fleet health.Perform quality inspection of repair orders by reviewing open vehicle issues and generating actions.Maintain accurate record keeping and historical vehicle health/repair data.Identify and support in the development of technical documentation.Support the development of daily-weekly-monthly-quarterly reporting. Close the loop on repair feedback to drive product improvements. Provide assistance to the PMs with meeting high-level targets.Assist with ordering parts ensuring their availability for repairs.Work in the repair shop alongside the technicians, technician leads, engineers and other cross-functional team members.
