Amyx is seeking to hire a Subcontract Manager for our Department of Defense client, remotely.
- Integrate work performed on this requirement and shall be responsible and accountable for subcontractor performance on this requirement.
- Ensure there are no Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) considerations.
- Plan, negotiate, administer, and execute subcontracts
- Ensure subcontract files are reviewed and approved
- Develop strategies to manage subcontractor performance
- Ensure subcontracts comply with regulations, policies, and procedures
- Pull metrics and brief subcontract data to senior leadership
- Develop and execute training and organizational development plans for subcontract personnel
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
Required:
- 5 years' experience in contract management for performance, modifications, meeting contract requirement.
- 3 years' experience of subcontract management
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)

Physical Demands
