The Chief of Staff role serves as a vital link between the CEO and the rest of the organization, ensuring that the executive’s vision is effectively communicated and executed. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role manages critical projects, facilitates cross-departmental collaboration, and provides strategic advice, all while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism. Their ability to streamline operations and support high-level decision-making makes them an indispensable asset to any leadership team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong business acumen who can manage high-level strategic tasks as well as administrative duties. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as analysts at investment banks or consulting firms and are looking to transition into an operational role with a fast-growing company that is actively involved in M&A activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial models, spreadsheets, and business analysis to support acquisitions, production expansions, and annual budgeting processes.
- Conduct process and people analysis to help streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Contributing to long-term business success, oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership.
Project Management & Monitoring:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other members of the leadership team, ensuring key projects remain on track and deadlines are met.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to monitor progress on company-wide initiatives.
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, track action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage day-to-day tasks, such as managing phone calls, emails, and reservation bookings.
- Plan and organize events assigned
Communication & Leadership Support:
- Assist the CEO in preparing for internal and external meetings, drafting agendas, taking minutes, and summarizing follow-ups.
- Ensure the CEO is aware of key organizational developments and deadlines, acting as a reminder and organizer to keep the CEO on track.
- Direct inquiries and delegate tasks as necessary to appropriate team members, fostering efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience as an analyst at an investment bank or consulting firm is highly desirable.
- Interest or exposure to M&A activity and involvement in financial analysis or due diligence is a strong asset.
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment, preferably within the CPG industry, is a plus.
- Experience at a senior level in organizing multiple teams and departments

Salary : $145,000 - $190,000
