Role Description
As a Logistics Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to support daily freight activities. This role provides exposure to the lifecycle of a shipment, focusing on coordination, communication, and real-time problem solving.
Responsibilities include:
- Track and trace shipments from pickup to delivery
- Communicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time performance
- Assist with updating shipment details in the transportation management system (TMS)
- Help resolve issues that arise during transit
- Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized shipment records
Note: This role does not involve booking loads or commission-based work.
