🤝 Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
📈 Grow existing accounts by identifying new freight, lanes, and service opportunities
🚛 Coordinate transportation solutions from rate management through successful execution
💬 Build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
💡 Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that add value for customers
📊 Monitor account performance, service levels, and KPIs
🎯 Negotiate rates and service expectations while balancing customer needs and company goals
🤝 Collaborate with sales, operations, and carrier partners to keep freight moving efficiently
