Responsibilities:
- FP&A Leadership: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
- Data & Analytics: Analyze financial and operational data, delivering insights to the Executive Team and division leadership to inform decision-making.
- Reporting: Develop and enhance monthly financial and operational reporting packages.
- Presentation Development: Lead the creation of presentations for executive audiences, translating complex data into clear visual insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across teams to collect, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Operational Metrics: Help define and track key performance indicators and support the development of sales and production reporting.
- Compensation Modeling: Support incentive planning and compensation modeling.
- Strategic Initiatives: Participate in long-term data integration efforts and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Analysis: Analyze business trends and provide insights to executive leadership.
- Research: Conduct research on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Corporate Strategy: Support development of corporate strategy in collaboration with leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics preferred); advanced degree a plus.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, consulting, or banking.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; Power BI experience preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders.
- Execution: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Extremely high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.
