Data Entry

Responsibilities:

• Timely data entry of both written and digital files.
• Manage a set of customers and provide feedback on accuracy of data.
• General report processing.
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Organize mail and packages that need shipped out
• Assist with cleaning of the office as needed
• Assist in organizing and ordering office supplies

• Excellent communications via phone and email.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Customer service mind set.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Computer skills that include Excel, Outlook Mail and efficient use of the internet is a must.
• Possess a willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
• Work well under pressure.
• Represent AMVC in a professional manner at all times.
