General Construction Laborer
Job Title: Entry-Level General Laborer

About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our active job sites. No formal construction experience is required! We are willing to train candidates who bring a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn multiple trades from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep job sites by moving materials, staging equipment, and clearing debris.
- Assist trade specialists (framers, concrete, drywallers, carpenters) as directed.
- Operate basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, demo hammers) safely.
- Load and unload supply deliveries, ensuring materials are protected from weather.
- Maintain site safety standards, proper PPE use, and end-of-day cleanups.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and perform physical labor across 8- to 10-hour shifts in varied weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites daily.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Punctual, safety-conscious attitude and strong team collaboration.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 50.0 per week
