Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Workday implementation and enhancement projects across HCM and Finance modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, and Finance teams to gather and define requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Oversee configuration of Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Financial Accounting, Procure-to-Pay, and Reporting.
- Ensure successful integration between Workday and third-party systems.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with data security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Support post-implementation activities including optimization and user training.
