Job Description:
1. Corporate Travel Solutions:
a) Achieve an increase in the number of corporate clients within the next fiscal year. Acquire contracts with a minimum of 10 new corporate clients annually.
b) Secure contracts with at least 1 Fortune 500 company for exclusive corporate travel management within the next fiscal year
c) Increase revenue from corporate travel solutions through upselling additional services. Achieve a total revenue increase of $0.5 million from corporate travel solutions.
2. Visa and Passport Processing for Businesses:
a) Achieve growth in business-related visa and passport processing services within the next year. Increase the number of business-related visa and passport processing transactions to 25000 annually.
b) Establish partnerships with multinational corporations to become their preferred visa and passport service provider. Secure partnerships with at least 5 multinational corporations.
3. Document Authentication and Legalization Services:
a) Establish and promote Document Authentication and Legalization services to generate a total revenue increase of $0.5 million from document authentication and legalization services.
b) Establish the company as the go-to provider for businesses engaged in cross-border transactions. Become the preferred provider for document authentication and legalization services for at least 5 major international businesses.
c) Develop strategic partnerships with law firms and international business consultants. Secure partnerships with at least 3 law firms and 2 international business consultants.
