Technical Support Technician (Tier II Desktop Support)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Shifts Available:
- Sun–Thu | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tue–Sat | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Note: Must provide current certification copy for submission
Preferred Certifications:
A , MCP, MCSE
Seeking Technical Support Technician to provide Tier II onsite support for hardware, software, network, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets
- Install, configure, and deploy desktops/laptops/peripherals
- Support O365, Outlook, Project, Visio, Edge
- Use Service Desk tools for ticket management
- Remote support using Bomgar or similar tools
- Apply security patches and maintain asset inventory
- Support projectors/video conferencing setups
- Coordinate hardware repairs and equipment moves/disposal
- Escalate advanced issues as needed
Required Skills:
- Windows 10/11 support experience
- O365 / Outlook support
- Printer / laptop / desktop troubleshooting
- Basic LAN/WAN knowledge
- Remote desktop tools (Bomgar preferred)
- MS Surface / Android device support
- Windows Server knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
