Job title: Appian Developer

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using the Appian BPM platform.
- Work across the entire Appian stack: process models, interfaces, data management, integrations, and security.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Appian solutions.
- Optimize existing Appian applications for performance and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance for smooth project delivery.
- Follow Appian and software development best practices to maintain high code quality.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience developing applications on the Appian platform (minimum 1–2 years).
- RPA experience of 3–5 years.
- Proven expertise in Appian objects, SAIL interfaces, Process Models, Record Types, CDTs, and Appian Plug-ins.
- Experience integrating Appian with external systems via Web APIs, REST, or SOAP services.
- Solid understanding of Appian architecture, configurations, and deployment processes.
- Ability to independently design and deliver complex Appian-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Appian certification (Appian Certified Associate / Senior Developer) preferred.
- Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, or other integration technologies."
