Qualifications:

Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing or other complex, fast-growing environments.

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.

15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Systems.

Expertise in compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, global mobility, and compliance.

Proven ability to scale HR operations in a high-growth transformation environment.
