Professional Experience Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven success managing multiple teams delivering software or product development initiatives (Agile preferred)
- Strong track record of managing complex development programs that deliver technical solutions and measurable business impact
- Experience working across global, matrixed organizations
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to represent the voice of the customer
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum
- Demonstrated ability to develop program artifacts supporting large-scale implementations with concurrent releases
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies
