QA Analyst In Newark, DE - Hybrid - Locals Only

Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Analyst with strong manual testing experience to support Component Integration Testing (CIT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) readiness activities. The ideal candidate will have experience creating and executing manual test cases, tracking defects, validating software functionality, and supporting end-to-end testing efforts in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual Component Integration Testing (CIT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)

• Create, maintain, and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Document and track defects through resolution

• Perform Regression, Compatibility, Security, Data Conversion, and Stress Testing

• Support traceability matrix creation and requirement validation

• Prepare and maintain test environments and test data

• Retest resolved defects and verify fixes

• Participate in test planning, estimation, and UAT support activities

• Assist with testing documentation and reporting

Required Skills

• 3 years of Manual QA Testing experience

• Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts

• Component Integration Testing (CIT)

• System Integration Testing (SIT)

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Defect Tracking and Management

• Regression Testing

• Security Testing

• Compatibility Testing

• Data Conversion Testing

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred

• Experience in government or healthcare environments

• Experience supporting CMS-related projects

• Strong documentation and communication skills
