We are seeking an experienced AI / GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dialogflow, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Generative AI, and cloud-native application development.
< data-end="482" data-start="461">Responsibilities- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX/ES.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop scalable backend services using Python and JavaScript.
- Deploy AI/ML models and integrate them into production applications.
- Build cloud-native AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform services.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Looker.
- Automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams.
- Optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Hands-on experience with Dialogflow (CX preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI and RAG architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with Vertex AI or AI/ML model deployment.
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with Terraform.
- Experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- LangChain.
- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).
- NLP and Conversational AI.
- Data engineering and data pipelines.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Cloud Security and IAM.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field (preferred).
