Job Title: Shipping & Receiving TechnicianLocation: San Clemente, CA, 92673Pay: $21/hr Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pmJob Description:Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.Report quality variancesPull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standardsLoad, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a Stand-Up Forklift, pallet jack, or other power equipmentUse radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, putaway, and load functions, as requiredMaintain the facilitys equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashionOperate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods Skills/Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience operating Stand Up Forklift and Rider Pallet Jack.Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationMust be willing and able to work in a refrigerated environment (10-40)Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodationMust be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodationExperience / EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred6 months experience in manufacturing environment preferredCompany DescriptionWe're not just a staffing company - we're a people company.
