RECRUITER

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with MS365 and Teams is required
- Applicant tracking system experience: Taleo Business Edition preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Screening resumes against job specs
- Phone screen of candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Job folder audits (to ensure applications, resumes, and intake forms are captured)
- Posting openings on external job boards
- Possibly audits of our systems to ensure logs and trackers match each other
