This role is part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and consistency are essential.The initial focus of this position will be cutting, assembling, and preparing cardboard boxes and packaging materials for daily shipments. Over time, the role will expand to include product assembly and preparation for shipment.Key ResponsibilitiesCut, assemble, and build cardboard boxes and packaging materials for outgoing shipmentsAssemble mechanical products and subassemblies according to specifications and work instructionsPrepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and stagingWork as part of a production team assembling and shipping approximately 40 units per dayUse hand and power tools safely and efficiently (drills, rivet guns, torque wrenches, box cutters, etc.)Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and completenessFollow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and production proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCommunicate issues such as defects, shortages, or equipment concerns to supervisorsSupport other production tasks as needed to meet daily and weekly goalsCompany DescriptionWe're not just a staffing company - we're a people company.
