Join Our Team as a Manual Drill Machinist!Location: Placentia, CA 92870About the Role:Are you skilled with your hands and take pride in precision work? We’re looking for a Manual Machine Operator to play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. You’ll use your expertise to shape and finish machined metal components to exact specifications—ensuring quality and efficiency every step of the way.What You’ll Do:Operate manual machines such as drills and drilling banks to complete parts according to blueprints.Review the daily schedule to manage workload and meet deadlines.Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it’s operating at peak performance.Conduct ongoing quality checks to ensure every component meets blueprint and planning requirements.Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting a collaborative team environment.What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of hands-on machine shop or manufacturing experience.Eligibility for U.S. Government authorizations (per export control regulations).Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints.Proficiency with measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.Comfort with basic math and decimal calculations.Physical & Work Environment:Factory setting with exposure to dirt, heat, sparks, noise, fumes, and dust.Requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.High hand-eye coordination and fine manual dexterity are a must.Why You’ll Love Working Here:Hands-on work that builds real skills and expertise.Supportive team with a focus on quality and safety.Competitive pay and opportunities for growth.Ready to Apply?If precision work excites you and you’re ready to contribute to a team that values quality, we want to hear from you!Company DescriptionWe're not just a staffing company - we're a people company.
