About the Role
Manage and grow strategic OEM partner relationships, serving as the primary liaison for all commercial, operational, and go-to-market activities. Own rebate programs, MDF administration, and joint business planning to drive mutual revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with OEM partners, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters
- Administer OEM rebate programs including tracking, reconciliation, and payout processing in coordination with finance
- Manage MDF allocations — fund requests, approvals, proof-of-performance validation, and claims processing
- Coordinate with legal and finance on OEM agreements, pricing schedules, and contract compliance
- Develop joint business plans with OEM partners including revenue targets and co-marketing initiatives
- Track and report on partner KPIs including sell-through revenue, rebate attainment, and MDF utilization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and finance to advocate for partner needs
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in channel management, OEM partnerships, or strategic alliances
- Direct experience managing rebate programs and MDF processes
- Strong commercial acumen; able to manage partner contracts and pricing structures
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in CRM/partner management tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
