Are you curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a technical field? Maybe you’ve just finished school, or you’re self-taught and looking for your first real-world opportunity. You don’t need a degree — just a willingness to learn, a comfort with computers/technology, and a desire to be part of a supportive, creative team.

If you’re starting out in tech and wondering where to begin — this role is designed for you.

About the Role

  • Learn how to write and run simple SQL queries to work with data
  • Keep our systems and documents organized and up to date
  • Prepare project reports and technical documentation
  • Pitch in on special projects, product testing, and workflow improvements
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and learn how to diagnose problems (don’t worry — we’ll teach you how)

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things work
  • Are detail-oriented and like organizing information
  • Have used tools like Google Sheets, Word, or Notion
  • Are open to learning new technologies (like SQL, QA testing, AI, or cloud tools)
  • Want to understand how software products get built
  • Communicate clearly and ask questions when you’re stuck
  • Are excited to be mentored and take the next step in your career

Bonus (but not required):

  • You’ve tried a bit of Python, JavaScript, or SQL
  • You’ve done a coding bootcamp, internship, or online course
  • You’re interested in healthcare or social impact work - but with a technical twist

Schedule & Growth Opportunity

  • Part-Time: 20–40 hours/week
  • Location: Based in Glastonbury, CT
  • Potential for full-time role as you grow with the team

Why Join Us?

  • Real-world exposure to QA, dev tools, cloud platforms, and data workflows
  • Work that supports better healthcare and public services
  • A collaborative, encouraging culture where you’re never just a number
  • A place to start — and grow — your career in tech
