Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and direct IT infrastructure activities to align with business objectives and prepare for emerging technologies like AI and cloud computing.
- Drive the assessment, adoption, and integration of cloud-based infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate on the evaluation and implementation of AI tools and platforms.
- Benchmark, analyze, and recommend improvements and growth opportunities for IT infrastructure and assets.
- Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrades, and support for network and server infrastructure.
- Oversee help desk and technology support services.
- Manage financial aspects of IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff.
- Support enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in related computer field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience managing IT infrastructure projects and teams, with exposure to cloud and/or AI initiatives a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge, especially in cloud platforms (such as Azure) and AI tools (automation, analytics, or machine learning platforms is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape and prioritize competing demands.
- Experience managing help desk, network, server, and telecommunications systems; cloud infrastructure management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws such as Payment Card Industry Standards
