Work Hours: 6am – 2:30pm M - F, with expected additional hours/weekends mandatory.
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour based on experience and skills

What we are looking for:
The Operator I, Bindery is responsible for bindery related activities such as cutting and folding in our Bindery Department.
What you will be doing:
- Set up and operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, inserters, and binding machines
- Read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and production schedules
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, cutting, folding, and binding
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Maintain production efficiency while minimizing waste
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with press operators, mailing teams, and supervisors to meet deadlines
- Accurately complete production and quality control documentation
- 1 or more years of bindery or print production experience preferred
- Experience with cutters, folders, stitchers, or inserters
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to read rulers, measurements, and job specifications accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- High School Diploma or GED required; experience can be considered
Work Environment: Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility
Physical Demands:
- Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment
