Position Summary
Strong base salary plus uncapped commissions, if hitting metrics this position could be generating around $80K a year in income once up and running! The ideal candidate can crush it on the phone making outbound cold calls. They thrive in a team atmosphere in a fun work environment. Our SDR's are full of energy and have confidence which gets them past gatekeepers and consistently have conversations with key decision makers and executives. Our SDR's hone their skills by daily training with the best-in-class sales team. We ask that you bring two things to work every day: Your energy and your A-game. Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Outbound calls 6-7 hours daily
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years of cold calling and CRM database updating preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
