Key Accountabilities:

What you’ll do:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to changing environments.
• Experience managing vendors and onsite teams
• Proven ability to lead/contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
• Experience in leading or contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at operational efficiency or scalability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

• Oversee and lead large-scale, high-impact and complex hiring events with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and logistics.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to onsite event support teams ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
• Deliver constructive feedback on team performance to their respective managers.
• Support Hub or Station Leaders throughout the event as the single point of contact for all questions or concerns.
• Ensure the event reflects company culture and employer brand.
• Issue escalation and management – identify and escalate problems to appropriate leaders promptly.
• Prepare and brief vendors, coordinators, and hiring leaders.
• Monitor offer counts and flag risks.
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance event efficiency and candidate experience.
• Collaborate on projects that drive operational excellence and scalability within hiring events.
• Document and share best practices across teams to standardize processes and improve outcomes.

• We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $59,000 to $77,000 USD plus applicable benefits.

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
