Job Description:
AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking an litigation paralegal to join one of its clients in the Greenway area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience independently managing a docket of Personal Injury Litigation matters from inception to trial. This candidate must have file to trial experience managing a docket of personal injury litigation matters with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Managing discovery;
- Prepare and compile documents for depositions;
- Draft Motions/Pleadings;
- Coordinate with experts;
- Trial attendance/ trial preparation;
- Preparing first drafts of motions;
Experience:
- 5 years of litigation experience with a preferred background in personal injury matters.
