- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for accurate record-keeping of financial transactions.
- Perform proofreading and editing of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates reliability and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
