Packaging Associate

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM ($17/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM ($19/hr)
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($20/hr)

$0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review

What You’ll Do

The Packaging associate is responsible for supporting packaging operations by safely operating equipment, assembling products/packaged and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet quality requirements
• Perform routine quality checks and document results
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Support team goals to meet daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

• No prior manufacturing experience required – we will train!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, reach, and twist throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently
• Ability to pass hand/eye coordination - dexterity test
