Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM ($17/hr)
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM ($19/hr)
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($20/hr)
$0.50 / hour raise after 6-month successful review

Position Summary
As a Manufacturing associate, you will support specialized lamp-making equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to maintaining production efficiency, product quality, and equipment performance while contributing to the success of our automotive lighting products.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize testing equipment to verify product quality and process performance
- Follow verbal and written work instructions accurately
- Monitor and maintain production, quality, preventive maintenance (PM), and statistical process control (SPC) requirements
- Interact with machine information systems and production data
- Train and mentor new associates as needed
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must successfully pass a vision acuity test
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role
