Job Posting: Onsite Project Coordinator | Mission Critical Project
Salary Range: $58,000 - $75,000
Reports to: Onsite Project Director
Location: LaPorte, IN

Located onsite in LaPorte, IN and reporting to the Onsite Project Director, the Project Coordinator will assist the Project Managers in the success of projects while supporting their division and the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Process PO’s and sub-contracts for the purchase of equipment, supplies and services.
- Process change orders.
- Job cost projections and job cost reports.
- Assist Project Managers with estimating, proposals, coordination, and close-out activities.
- Job invoicing preparation.
- Updating commodity pricing.
- Material/Equipment tracking and coordinate deliveries.
- Prepare PM’s for monthly PM meetings.
- Work with fab shop to coordinate deliveries/ordering materials.
- Coordinates activities with other trades areas, project manager or outside contractors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the mechanical field a plus.
- Excellent logistics, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to external clients/audiences.
- Experience with project management software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping attention to detail.
