Job Posting: Accounting Associate
Hourly Rate: $20-$25/hour
Reports to: Corporate Controllers
Location: Woodridge, IL

Located in our Woodridge, IL facility and reporting to the Corporate Controllers, the Accounting Associate will handle a broad range of accounting duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts receivable by process and record incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Assist with accounts payable function including the coding and data entry of invoices.
- Set up jobs accurately in our ERP system.
- Function as a liaison between accounting personnel and others within the organization.
- Other duties and responsibilities reasonable and consistent with the position as may be assigned to you.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, Associates degree or equivalent experienec.
- A positive disposition with an ability to work in teams.
- An eagerness to learn and grow in the position.
- Self-motivation with a desire to assume more responsibility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel and Word.
- Must have above-average proofreading skills and have a history of being accurate and thorough.
