Job Title: CVOR First Assist



Location: Brooksville, FL

Setting: CVOR

Pay Range: $125/hour

Schedule: 10 hours per week (Monday/Wednesday) Call (At least two weekends/month and two weekdays/week)



Contract Length: 26 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler friendly – travel reimbursement available

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a CVOR First Assist with Radial harvesting experience
• Must have at least 2 years of experience with ERVH (certification or case log required)
• Qualified applicants MUST have Maquet system experience, EVH/ERVH, and radial/saphenous endoscopic vein harvesting skills
• Valid Surgical First Assist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in FL
• Willingness to work the specified shifts and call requirements

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a clinical facility, you will:

• Assist in cardiovascular surgeries, focusing on radial and saphenous vein harvesting as a CVOR First Assist (*CVOR).*
• Provide support to the surgical team by maintaining a sterile field and coordinating with surgeons on technical needs.
• Prepare and assist with procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and utilizing Maquet systems and EVH/ERVH skills.
